Delivery
UK Delivery is FREE (although some products, because of their weight, do incur a delivery surcharge)
Outside U.K. Just £5.00 +Delivery Surcharge if applicable
The DISPATCH of your order should be within 5 working days.
It will be dispatched by 2nd class post, or larger orders by Parcel Post.
If for some reason we are out of stock (not often, but it does happen) we will e:mail you, giving you the new ETA of the order,
If you are not willing to wait, let us know, EITHER BY EMAIL OR PHONE, and we will cancel your order and refund your payment in full.
All goods are sent by Royal Mail or by Parcel Force.
Royal Mail items can only be tracked once an attempted delivery has been made, if the item still hasn't been delivered in 15 working days, we can claim against the courier, when a replacement order will be sent.
