Ingrediënts	Guar flour, Vegetable oil, Gelatin, Glycerol, Sorbitol, Lecithin, L. Phenylalanine, beeswax, L. Histidin, L. Isoleucin, L. Leucin, L. Lysin, L. Methionin, L. Valin, Vitamin C, Thiamin (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin (as Nicotinamide), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine).

Directions for use	15 minutes before breakfast and lunch take 1-2 capsules with 100 ml. of water. 15 minutes before dinner take 2-4 capsules with 200 ml. of water. Use only until a healthy body weight has been achieved. This product is a supplement to food, do not use in place of a properly balanced diet.
