Lecithin complex is an actively rich source of phosphatidyl choline, an important nutrient in the control of dietary fats. As a very efficient emulsifier of fats, lecithin is an important supplement for those following a low cholesterol diet.

Dosage

One teaspoonful, three times daily. Lecithin granules can be taken direct from the spoon. Alternatively, why not sprinkle Lecithin onto your cereal or add it to soups or hot drinks.

Ingredients

One teaspoonful (3.5g) typically contains: Phosphatidyl choline 886mg, phosphatidyl inositol 504mg, choline 130mg, inositol 100mg, phoshorus 110mg.

Nutritional Information Per 100g:
