Nattokinase from Good Health Naturally Nutrition is a potent fibrinolytic enzyme extracted and highly purified from a traditional Japanese food called Natto. Natto is produced by adding the beneficial bacteria, Bacillus natto, to boiled soya beans. The resulting nattokinase enzyme is produced when the bacteria acts on the soya beans.

Nattokinase may help to sustain normal blood pressure levels, smooth blood flow and effective circulation by supporting fibrinolytic activity.

Unsuitable if pregnant, nursing or have a blood coagulation disorder; or if you are taking blood thinning medication, vitamin K or have had recent bleeding or an operation; or are allergic to soy.

Suggestions for use

Maintenance, take 2-4 capsules per day

Therapeutic, take 4-8 capsules per day
