Silica-OK has been specially formulated to help maintain healthy hair, skin and nails. It contains a balanced combination of organic silica with nine other nutrients in a single tablet. The source of organic silica is from an edible species of bamboo, a natural source of this mineral.
It is believed that a regular intake is important to help maintain healthy hair, skin and nails. Also included in Silica-OK are nine other nutrients including vitamins C and E , beta-carotene, B-vitamins, zine and selenium. All of these nutrients have been specially selected for their nutritional benefits.

One tablet provides :- Vitamin A 166µg (from Beta- carotene), Vitamin E 5mg, Vitamin C 20mg, Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 1.4mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.6mg, Vitamin B6 2mg, Biotin 150µg, Zinc 2mg, Selenium 25µg. Also provides: Organic silica 8mg (from Bamboo).
