Weleda's Hypericum/Calendula Ointment is based on two herbs which have traditionally been used for their healing properties in the treatment of injuries to the skin: Hypericum perforatum (St. John's Wort) and Calendula officinalis (Pot Marigold). Both are known to soothe the pain of cuts and abrasions and to help the body's healing processes.

Use: For relief of painful cuts and minor wounds

Presentation: 25g (lacquered) metal tube with carton


Ingredients: 100g contains: ethanolic tincture equivalent to 4.4% w/w Hypericum perforatum herb (in 62% w/w alcohol) and 4.7% w/w Calendula officinalis herb (in 43% w/w alcohol). Distilled water in a base containing Lanolin, Beeswax, Sunflower Seed Oil, Olive Oil and Wool Alcohols. Nominal ethanol content 6.38% w/w

Products containing Calendula have been used as standby for health professionals, such as midwives, for many years.
